  12. Fast Drying top coat

Basic step by step instructions:

  1. Apply base coat and let it dry completely.

  2. Apply white nail polish for the base and let dry completely.

  3. Choose nail polishes for gradient and put random dots of them onto the make up sponge. Dab the nail untill satisfied with opacity.

  4. Apply glitter nail polish and fast drying top coat over it.

  5. Apply stamping nail polish onto the chosen image on a plate and remove excess of it by scrapper angled approximately 45 degrees. Pick up the image with a clear jelly stamper.

  6. Colour random parts of the image on the stamper using nail art brush and chosen nail polish.

  7. Apply Orly Bonder before stamping your image onto the nail. Let it dry for a few seconds until it's still a bit tacky.

  8. With a rolling motion carefully stamp the reversed image onto the nail.

  9. Repeat steps 3-8 for other nails.

  10. After cleaning up around your nails, apply top coat to protect your nail art. Lou usually uses two - the waterbased one and the fast drying one.
