5. Fast Drying top coat

Basic step by step instructions:

  1. Apply base coat and let it dry completely.

  2. Apply white nail polish for the base and let dry completely.

  3. Choose nail polishes for gradient and apply stripes of them onto the make up sponge overlapping a bit for better blending. Dab onto the nail until satisfied with opacity.

  4. Apply glitter nail polish onto the nail art mat and pick it up with a small piece of makeup sponge. Dab it onto the upper part of the nail to make stars. Cover it with a layer of fast drying top coat.

  5. Choose the image of the moon on a stamping plate and apply white stamping nail polish onto it. Remove the excess of it by scrapper angled approximately 45 degrees. Pick up the image with a clear jelly stamper and stamp it onto the nail with a rolling motion.

  6. Choose the image of lunar caters and apply darker stamping polish onto it. (Lou used light grey). Follow instructions as in step 5.

  7. As for the images of trees and wolf, repeat instructions as in step 5 using black stamping polish. Add the colour with a nail art brush if needed. Apply Orly Bonder before stamping your image onto the nail. Let it dry for a few seconds until it's still a bit tacky. With a rolling motion carefully stamp the reversed image onto the nail.

  8. Use nail art brush and white nail polish to add some more stars.

  9. After cleaning up around your nails, apply a top coat to protect your nail art. Lou usually uses two - the waterbased one and the fast drying one.
