  8. Seche Vite Fast Drying top coat

  9. Pueen Cosmetics latex tape liquid peel off & cuticle guard

Basic step by step instructions:

  1. Apply your base coat and let it dry completely.

  2. Apply your base colour, Lou used Starrily 'Vantablack' for this design.

  3. Carefully apply circle dot stencil on a stamper, WhatsUp Nails Dots stencils in this case.

  4. Protect the area arround stencil with latex tape.

  5. Choose the polishes to fill in the pattern and apply them on the surface of a makeup sponge, overlapping them a little to make those colours blend better. Then press/dab the sponge on the stamper and repeat these steps until happy with the opacity of the gradient. Apply a layer of white nail polish over the gradient.

  6. Carefully remove latex and stencil while the polish is wet, then let the pattern dry a bit and apply it onto the nail with gentle pressure. You can go on with stamping when the pattern gets dry.

  7. For the stamping, choose the image on a stamping plate. Lou used Stamping plate Pueen Cosmetics 'Love Elements 46-49'

  8. Apply stamping polish onto chosen image (Pueen Cosmetics Pure white 806 stamping polish). Use the scraper angled at approximately 45 degrees to remove any excess polish off of the image and pick it up with your stamper.

  9. With a rolling motion, apply the image onto your nail.

  10. After cleaning around your nails, seal your design by applying a layer of top coat.
