Floral nail design
Hi guys! Hope you are all doing well! 💜
Today I'm sharing this floral nail design which I created using reverse stamping technique and PUEEN cosmetics stamping products. 🌺 This design reminds me of grange art... does anyone know what I'm talking about?? Please tell me you know what I mean? 😂😂😂
Here is a list of products I used to achieve this look:
White nail polish for the base
Water Tight' waterbased smear free topcoat- A must have top coat for when you are working with foils, pigments and it's a great non-smear top coat to apply over your stamping! You can use my code (exclusive to my followers!) URBAN10 to get 10% off when you purchase this top coat from www. hitthebottlepolishes.com.au
Seche Vite Fast Drying top coat
Basic step by step instructions:
Apply your base coat.
Apply white nail polish for the base and let it dry completely.
Protect your skin with latex tape.
Apply two contrasting stamping polishes onto the splatter image. Use the scraper angled at approximately 45 degrees to swipe any excess polish off of the image, repeating a few times to create a gradient effect and pick it up with your stamper. You need to work very fast when doing this step as your stamping polish might dry quick and you won't be able to pick up the image.
Apply black stamping polish onto a floral mage. Again use the scraper to swipe any excess polish off of the image and pick it up with your stamper.
Carefully fill in the floral pattern with a thin brush.
Apply a top coat over your nail and let it dry a bit until it's just a little bit tacky still and not fully dry.
Gently press the filled floral image onto the nail making sure it adheres it to the sides of your nail.
Finally, after cleaning up around your nails, apply top coat to seal and protect your nail art.
